Thankin' y'all from down south and across the pond and a Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canucks! and Blue, we probably have much the same same as you do with tons (or tonnes here!) of turkey and all the trimmings including cranberry of course which our Brit friends will never understand; "Mummy, why are they putting jam on their turkey?"

do yall do real cranberry sauce or the gelled white trash version that comes in a can.
i got this recipie from the comedian adam corolla, its also on the bag of cranberries 1 bag of cranberries (about 1 lb) 1 cup of sugar (suit to taste) 1 cup of water mix all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan and cook low untill the cranberries burst (it does thicken) about 10-15min its easy and tastes 10X better.
