So my buy of the day: after a little snafu with the post office delivering it to the wrong outlet and me thinking that it was lost I picked up my black crackle today! Really sweet!
Now here's a question for others with a black crackle: I cleaned it up including washing the cotton, fueled it and filled it and lit a smoke. In doing so though I was hit with an image of some GI somewhere in Europe, huddled in a foxhole lighting his smoke with the same lighter. It was a really neat sensation. Am I the only one to feel this way?

Hmmmmmmmmm. You didn't say what kind of smoke you were lighting. Was the sensation followed by an intense craving for C-Rations? Did you share your smoke with your budd in the foxhole? Say. Why do they call it a foxhole? Ouch! Damn seed burns. Pass the Cheetos please. ATBGO

Ace just so you know there are two different versions of the "Sailor Jerry" Camel lighter.One was a freebie and the other was one the camel cash.I'll look around and find mine to show you what I mean.bbd

Well after much searching I can't seem to find the other type they did for the sailor Jerry.The other was painted and not applied.Man I got to get my collection in some kind of order.Anyone want to come over and get them all orginized?I got boxes all over the house.Man I need help.BBD
