just got my customized zippo through from Jeff today,very nice piece,didn't get my flame with it though,would not use again.another neg feedback Jeff.hahaha.

i picked up a '42 insert for my '42 Black Cracle Case. Yeah, now i can't trick with it. Ah, who am i kidding, i'm going to clean it up shine it up and trick with it. LOL

most of mine do that at one time or another
get some paper fold it over several times and stick it inbeween the cap and the bottem (with insert removed) then squeeze it down, if the hinge goes in instead of out then squeaze it open as far as you can, all the way (slowly)

YES!!!! my '43-'45 insert just came in the mail today. And WOW!! I have now completed my "43 Black Crackle. I can't wait to get it home, clean it up, and fill it up with fluid.
Oh, the cam spring was replaced. I don't know when but it looks to be a zippo job. quality is just to good.
I'll try to shoot pix and get them up soon.
