I'm not talking about sales tax, the credit card companies are going to add an extra charge for foriegn purchases, because of problems with fraud. That's what I read in the newspaper.

I asked when but haven't had a response yet. They must have had a lot left over. And yet it still does not help the international Zippo community. Are eBay sellers considered Zippo retailers, or do some Zippo retailers sell on eBay?

You don't expect them to tell when ahead of time do you? When the chosen have had their chance at them , the rest will be allowed to buy,if you can find them in the forum. zippyjim

Well, guys, I have not heard anything from Zippo on this one. Maybe they will send out flyers later, not sure. Click did say they would sell balance to retailers. So have a feeling it will be the big companies that will have a chance to get one and not the little people like me. I will try and reach my regional manager and see if he knows anything and get back to you. I don't have a picture, but did go on the shopping web site and saw a picture of it, but didn't copy a picture for me. It's so hard to say what will sell and want won't. Like the Normandy one, I sure wish I had gotten more than I did as they all went fast. I'll check and get back later. OK Jan/Ladybug

According to someone at ZC, Steve at Lightersales.com has started selling pre-orders, and said he's getting them in on the 27th.

just had the pictures of the set sent to me(cheers mike)i think i could be quite tempted to get the set if if one came available.the price is only the same as the bog standard ones over here, plus it would fit in into my collection very well.

think I'll wait a spell to see if lightersales or other retailers get it soon and maybe the price will have come down a bit? It is a tad pricey but would sit nice in with my other wwII sets. as Jules awakes he realizes he has an awful decision to make: shall I take the TVR today or the tractor...hmm...
