Yep, I think we all enjoyed the day, Carried on chatting to Frank & Diablo on the train home and we all agreed it was a worth while excursion. Some stunning Lighters turned up and one of the best things was that you could leave as many lighters on the table as you wanted and they were all still there when you came back. Normally in a pub, I wouldn't take my eyes off my daily use Zippo!!.
It took me a while to set up the dealer display (Decided to read the paperwork!!)

Learnt a lot, heard some great stories and even came away with a new lighter (thanks again Mr. Fox). Very worth while; would be great to do it again some time. I might even have some interesting stuff to show next time  |

international meet was one of the best experiences of mine and the families life.whens the next uk meet.will make you lot drool with some of the stuff i got my hands on.jeff,get to that post box.i know where you live buddy lol.

2nd UK Meet date
Was the Head of steam so bad that we couldnt do it again? I thought they were quite accomodating, and if told early enough, they will let us have a room for free. It was easily found by those who came last time, and you couldnt ask for better travel arrangements.
Plus, and I may be being a bit Naive here, it was the first test venue and it worked pretty well at the time.
So, that said, and in the spirit of the 'unofficial' part of the UK unofficial meetings network arrangements, How about the 3rd of December around 1 oclock at the Head of Steam at Huddersfield Railway Station.
