So anyone here have any info on the ZCI? Like how much? What do ya get? I mean, I know I can check on their website - www.zippoclubitalia.it/, but I would like a more personal opinion. And I know you get the club Zippo by Mazzi, but what else? Good things / bad things?

I joined at the last international swap and got my Mazzi and was supposed to get one of the regular mood indigo club lighters in the mail but never got it.I got a few little things in the mail but not the lighter and no other info or contact.I have to admit I was happy to get the mazzi even if it is an open series but would have liked to get the every day lighter also.At the swap they had them on the table but I was told they were going to mail them instead of letting us take them. When I emailed the club and asked about it they never replied to my emails so I asked Claudio. He said he would look into it and then he never got back to me either.Oh well at least I got my Mazzi.Jeff aka bigbaddad

I liked the idea of getting a Mazzi for a lot cheaper than finding one on ebay but my only beef was that there was no membership renewal sent out so my membership has lapsed and I need to sign up again.

Personally I've never had any problem with getting a reply from Claudio or Lorena. Jeff, was the mood indigo lighter a sort of bonus for signing up at the meet? Because my understanding was that it was an extra purchase. When I signed up a received the #'d mazzi, a zippo licence plate and some other literature. I received a few newsletters.
I guess I have to sign up again soon this year if I want to get the full set of the Italian artist series... this year being the 2nd.

I think it was an extra pay item.Thats why it bugged me so much.I paid for it when i sign up and even though they had a bunch there I was told I had to wait for it to be mailed. Then it never showed and no reason was given.Jeff aka bigbaddad

I had that happening too, it had to do with the fact of poor english. your membership doesn't get renewed you have to sign up for it every year!, The italians do that at their x mas lunch thingy. But if you ask me it's one hell of a club wich is good for their members. Their club weekends are amazing

Last time we did an Italy tour with club members so we stayed a week, there are also extra benefits like the meet in the swapmeet. ZCI takes care of her members.

i asked claudio if he could do me a zippo a couple of weeks ago,he said he might be able to do it in six months maybe longer,so the guy must be snowed under.
