i bought me a dremel tool saterday, it came with some accessories that i had to try out. img20.imageshack.us/img20/8135/frontbz9.jpg <front> img71.imageshack.us/img71/3359/backnq1.jpg <back> img71.imageshack.us/img71/6461/sidepk6.jpg <side> it holds about 51ml of fluid, (as seen in the Gas Pipe shot glass), yes its watertight, to attach the bottem i used plumbing solder ( peanut butter free) and heated it with a propane torch, about half way through i figured out how to heat the metal without oxidizing the paint (heat the bottom lip of the can) in 04 i made a prototype out of a ronson bottle that i posted on LT, but i cant find any pictures and lost the little guy, that one was made out of plastic and wouldnt hold water.

LOL. Looks like someone was bored.... lol. Sand it and start doing some engraving on it and it'll look really nice.

im going to grind the bottom down to make it more even and try to polish the bottom lip to make it look "factory"
the main problem was removing all the "side metal" off the bottem end and making a place to hold solder. at first i tried to use "50/50" ronsen core electrical solder but my iron wouldnt heat the metal hot enough to melt the solder.

it was an old can, empty about 2 yrs, but i did smell it to make sure there was no residual fuel left before cutting on it.
i did wear safety glasses, as Hank Hill says, Safety glasses not only make you look cool but also protect your eyes. ;D
