FS version is the same except the front fork (holds the lighter like a hand) is turned backwards, his way causes the hinge to catch on the fingers of the fork, and i cut off the two middle fingers off the bottem
im still working on a coating, i havent found a place yet that sells plastidip, speaking of white trash ive tried melting a trashbag onto it, but its not as flexible and cracks. i got one more idea....

Matt,My wife makes jewlery and I coated most of her tools with liquid electrical tape.It brushes on and stays flexable.Might just work on the fork holder.I would make sure it is scuffed up first so it will bond correctly.Jeff

i thought about buying some, (thats all they had at the store) but the company that makes plasti dip makes that also, but i cant find plasti dip.
it looks alittle thin on the package, how soft is it? and can you build up on it?

You brush it on and you can build it up as thick as you need to.It seems to be just as soft as the dip product and who knows it might just be the same stuff. The only down side I noticed ,is the brush marks. The can I have is pretty old so I think it might be a little thicker then if it were a newer can.Jeff aka bigbaddad

ill be sure to pick a can of that stuff up
i tried melting polystyrene foam onto the fork but its too thick to work itself into the little spaces, but once dried it makes a nice varnish like coating.
