Wow, glad to hear you're okay.
This is the reason i'd carry a small weapon on me at all times, maybe a small knife/baton. AFAIK, up here, it is legal to shoot/stab/beat someone who threatens your life.

you cant do much if a person has a knife ON yur throat already.....
well, at least yur alive and well. money can be earned back.
when i go to the bank, i never take out more than a hundred at a time. if i need a lot, i do multiple trips. that or i have a friend with me.

I know, I'll keep that in mind for future reference. I usually have a knife on me at all times or an extandable baton but for some reason I didn't take it that day. Oh the luck...but even if I did have it on me it would be doing me no good in a pocket. Thanks again guys. Lots of work to get that money back.

if you did this in the uk you would be the one going to court,the law is really messed up here.i cant protect my home/family from intruders,i would end up in jail,they would walk free.

I've heard stories about stuff like that.
Burgler gets hurt while stealing from somebodies house and then sues them for having an unsafe house.

oh yes,its bonkers a farmer shot an armed robber (one of two)in his house the farmer went to jail.a guy the other day had t steal his own car back because the police would not recover it.great our police force

i seen them vidoes of them Europian Police walking around with tec 9s , AR-15s and such, i would be scared to mess around over there. (last summer the Dallas Police finnally got some AR -15s, becaue they were tired of being out gunned by bandits)

tell you whats looney is as well.when you buy a zippo from ebay in second chance ,coz the first person has backed out.you pay for it,then he posts it to the person who backed out,then sends you mail laughing about it telling me its in a museum in canada.what a wanker.i will have my lighter,even if i have to drag his scrawny little hide to canada to find it.watch this space.LOL

ouch Jules! I got hit as well with taxes and the usual customs handling fee for about 25 bucks...so much for free trade! But at least not as bad as you got hit!
