this came up at LT.com its a way to make your lighter fluid smell good. now of course i know a lot of you like the smell of your fluid but i f-in hate it, it gives me a headache.
anyway once you fill your lighter spray a few squirts of axe, tag, old spice, cologne, etc. and i know some of you dont like your zippo to smell like a guy......flea.....so spray it with your wife's/girlfriend's/hooker's perfume and it will smell like t when you light. well it will at least lighten up the smell of the fluid
and this mod was approved by the spanish_flea... well he didnt reject it so there ya go

I don't notice the smell anymore, same with a lot of others.
I know Zippo was working on some odourless fuel... not sure what happened with that though.

dont use nothing too cheep, you dont want your lighter smelling like you got a dead hooker under the bed or something.
its like everything else, theyll test market it in US, then wait a few years and eventually release it to japan only.

anyone hear what came about from the experimental fuels they had at NZD? They were scented lemon and cinnamon.

Nah, you can't immitate something that sweet..  its like everything else, theyll test market it in US, then wait a few years and eventually release it to japan only. Not sure if they would do an odorless fluid considering that is how you can identify that it is present.. through the smell.. |

They had test fuels back at the Swap Meet 2004, I think something like menthol, so they've been working on that for a while. don't know what's holding up the works over there, but Zippo is slow at making decisions like that. |

this has nothing to do with this topic but while i was getting my fluid at kmart i noticed in the same spot as the 18+ spot there was someting in a red and yellow package with bold red letters that said 'DILLS' what is it?? i thought they were rip-off flints but not sure
